As a developer, operator and investor, the company focuses on solar PV, wind, hydro and storage. Currently, RP Global is developing a pipeline of >10 GW(p). The company’s headquarters are in Vienna, Austria and Madrid, Spain. RP Global is enlarging the team with a newly created position within a high-growth work environment in the Renewable Energies sector.

Your tasks:
- Developing comprehensive sustainability strategies for the group and supporting the management in formulating and following the environmental policy
- Planning, coordinating and managing the ESG projects to achieve strategic goals, including a monitoring system for strategic and operational management
- Leading the company's ESG reporting
- Promoting environmentally conscious actions and exchange for other corporate social responsibility topics in the group
- Preparing the quarterly reports on ESG incidents and activities and the annual sustainability report in accordance with reporting standards
- Maintaining an internal ESG event alert system as well as the reporting for assets in operation and under development
- Responding to requests from investors and counterparties regarding ESG information
- Amending existing and developing new corporate ESG policies and procedures that enhance transparency and integrate ESG considerations into business strategy
- Supporting the commercial and finance team by providing time-sensitive ESG information, as well as marketing and communication activities with ESG data
Your profile:
- Completed business studies (FH or university)
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment
- Profound understanding of ESG principles
- Familiarity with various standards and reporting regimes such as GRI, SASB, SDGs
- Ability to perform basic data analysis and create charts and graphs with the data
- Excellent English skills are a must
- Ability to communicate analytical approaches, data-driven findings, and recommendations with confidence
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities daily
