Your responsibilities

In this function you will act as HR all-rounder supporting and consulting all employees and their supervisors with their questions to HR tools and processes. You are the interface to the external payroll provider and to the business partners providing the benefits in place. Your area of responsibilities includes the administration of employment contracts and other HR agreements, the management of HR data in SAP and other tools, the coordination of payroll activities with the third party vendor as well as the execution of the salary payment process. You will work in HR related projects, prepare/review HR communications and HR policies, act as business partner with departments on HR processes and cooperate with external partners concerning social benefit programmes.

Your qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of previous experience in a HR generalist role and profound knowledge of the Austrian Labor Law. Preferably you have been working in a multinational environment and graduated with a degree in personnel management. Excellent English and German skills are required for this function. You are a service-oriented person with strong interpersonal skills, who listens and understands customers needs. Personal credibility, the ability to maintain confidentiality and high flexibility are necessary personal skills for this role as well as the abilities to solve problems and to manage and priorities multiple tasks. Organizational talent and good time management skills complete your profile.

Our offer
