Your tasks

  • Heading the international marketing division, leading one direct report and providing functional guidance to local CEE marketing teams
  • Taking on responsibility for the international marketing strategy and acting as a strong added-value business sparring partner for the countries
  • Driving and monitoring category strategy and brand architecture in different markets
  • Responsibility for brand equity and brand positioning
  • Leading international new business development projects and offer ready-to-launch commercialization packages for the countries
  • Developing and implementing insights-based communication and brand engagement strategies in close collaboration with respective countries
  • Tracking and driving performance of the branded business as well as leading the annual marketing and sales planning process
  • Strategic support of countries regarding new product development launches

Your profile

  • Completed education in the field of business administration or economics at university level (Master’s degree)
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in a marketing position, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • International working experience on a local business unit level as well as experience in managing remote teams
  • Profound knowledge of one or more markets of the CEE region (AT, DE, PL, HU, CZ/SK, RO, BG)
  • Well-founded knowledge of marketing, brand and product management instruments including solid consumer research skills
  • Proficiency in English is required, German desired, any other language spoken in the region is a plus
  • Teamplayer with strong cross-cultural skills; excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Leadership mentality, strong entrepreneurial spirit, highly result- and impact-driven
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
