Your Future Role

  • Shape the company’s international growth through ongoing development of all marketing, sales and business development initiatives
  • Focus strongly on digital marketing and sales strategies
  • Act as a sparring partner for Executive Management and a pro-active member in developing new marketing & sales plans, as well as global entry strategies
  • Create and push strategic alliances on a global basis
  • Strategic leadership of sales, marketing and business development
  • Implement a data-driven approach with the effective use of KPIs and analytical tools to drive ongoing improvement and extract actionable insight
  • Be the brand and target audience guardian, maintaining an in-depth knowledge on the trends and topics

You'll fit great with these Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, International Business Management or a related field (Master’s Degree / MBA considered beneficial)
  • At least 5 - 7 years experience in a leadership position in Online Marketing, International Sales or Business Development (Software Development / IT industry would be prefered)
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and managerial level of strategic thinking
  • Passion for networking and hands-on mentality
  • Experienced in entering new global markets
  • Technical understanding and interest for software development
  • Outstanding creative mindset and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
