The products of TimeTac are among some of the leading cloud applications in the categories of time tracking and absence planning solutions. Your Future Role

  • Focus on entering new global markets, beginning with market analysis, definition of key success factors and then actively entering new markets with a hands on mentality and concrete actions
  • Report directly to the Head of Growth and act as a pro-active sparring partner for the Executive Team in terms of entering new global markets
  • Implement a data-driven approach with the effective use of KPIs and analytical tools to drive ongoing improvement and extract actionable insight
  • Define and build a globally engaged community in detecting possible strategic partners and maintain long-term relationships with them
  • Detect possible future business influencers around the globe and foster relationships to them
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams

You'll fit great with these Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Sales, International Business Management or a related field (Master’s Degree / MBA considered beneficial)
  • At least 3 - 5 years experience in Business Development (Software Development / IT industry would be prefered)
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and strategic thinking
  • Passion for networking and a hands-on mentality
  • Experienced in entering new global markets
  • Technical understanding and interest for software development
  • Outstanding creative mindset and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
