Your tasks

  • Heading the international marketing division, leading one direct report, and providing functional guidance to local CEE marketing teams
  • Taking on responsibility for the international marketing & category strategy as well as providing strong added-value as a business partner for the countries
  • Leading international innovation projects from idea and conception up to offering ready-to-launch commercialization packages
  • Responsibility for brand positioning & equity evolution as well as governance
  • Developing insight-based communication and brand engagement strategies
  • Leading the annual marketing and sales planning process
  • Tracking and driving performance, consulting countries on findings and action roadmaps

Your profile

  • Completed education in the field of business administration or economics at university level (Master’s degree)
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a marketing position, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent knowledge of all marketing & brand management instruments including solid consumer research and new product development skills
  • International experience on a local business unit level, profound knowledge of one or more markets of the CEE region (AT, DE, PL, HU, CZ, SK, RO, BG)
  • Team player with excellent listening, communication and influencing skills especially for remote teams
  • Leadership mentality, strong entrepreneurial spirit, highly result- and impact-driven
  • Fluency in English is required, German desired, any other language spoken in the region is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
