DAILY BUSINESS - Boring tasks? No!

Maintaining the license and vendor management related to third-party applications
Smooth cooperation with external partners to ensure successful integration process and vendor onboarding
Coordination and forwarding of complex technical issues to internal IT specialists or technicians
Be responsible for the overall billing and invoicing process
Performing offers, maintaining documentation and organizational tasks

Good understanding of vendor management and contract negotiations
Experience in a similar position in the IT industry
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and training competences
Hands-on mentality and high willingness about learning new skills
Fluent in English, German is a plus
