DAILY BUSINESS

Design and maintenance of service processes
Define control and measurement points for services and related processes
Define the transition process to production environment and ensure operational readiness of all services
Manage service go-live, application implementations, and rollouts related to major and minor releases; manage operational changes and integration into service updates and SLAs prior to go-live
Release of quality gates within the transition process

HARD FACTS

Several years of professional experience in a function related to service management
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
ITIL certification is a plus
Good knowledge of project management
Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
