Senior Consultant Sustainability (m/f/x)

• As part of a team, you will work on the Group's sustainability strategy and derive actions from it
• You will manage (sub)projects, hold workshops and ensure the exchange of information between the stakeholders involved
• You will be responsible for documenting the relevant results and presenting them in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• Together with the team, you will identify new challenges and develop and test hypotheses

• Degree in business administration or equivalent
• Several years of relevant work experience in management consulting or a strategy department in a corporate environment as well as experience in project and strategy management
• Project management certifications (e.g. IPMA, PMP, etc.) are an advantage
• Fluency in English; German and other languages are a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills, self-confidence and independence
• Assertiveness, strong negotiation skills, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
