Senior AI Engineer (f/m/d)

• AI/ML Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models from concept to production
• Technology Exploration: Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies for practical application
• Data Engineering: Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI/ML model development
• Infrastructure Optimization: Contribute to optimizing our AI infrastructure for scalability and efficiency
• Collaboration: Work closely with agile teams to define project requirements and share knowledge
• Project Involvement: Contribute to a diverse portfolio of AI/ML projects, including:
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Predictive Analytics
  • Generative AI
  • LLM Applications (potentially including proprietary scripting language)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, combined with several years of professional experience
• Strong programming skills in Python / Java, including hands-on experience with AI model testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Practical experience working with LLMs and optimizing prompt strategies
• Knowledge of RAG and vector search integration
• Expertise in scalable AI deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform
• Very good command of English, German is a plus
