As a Scrum Master (f/m/d) based in Graz, you will help shape the organization by driving agile ways of working.

Daily Business:
- Drive agile mindset and increase organizational impact
- Guide two teams as Scrum Master for effective collaboration
- Enable team ownership, autonomy, and growth
- Align teams and stakeholders through PI Planning as RTE
- Remove obstacles to ensure smooth and focused delivery
Your Toolkit:
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Proven ability to boost team performance and collaboration
- Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
- Deep understanding of agile principles and a hands-on, results-driven mindset
- Passion for continuous improvement and agile at scale (SAFe)
- Empathy, team spirit, and excellent communication skills in German and English

Salary: Starting from €70,000 per year (depending on experience & qualifications) + bonuses
